Redid color scheme AGAIN. still not happy with it. Tidied up some links and added descriptions. fixed up a couple buggy visual elements

Reworked a lot of the text and html formatting, as well as section placement and journal. Changed color scheme a bit. Added journal entry

Updated the links section by clearing out dead links, stuff I don't like anymore, and adding some new stuff. Restarted journal. Tidied up several other sections by subtracting or adding info. It's a mystery!
